Project Manager


Erin brings years of in-house project management experience leading various capital construction projects, on behalf of ownership. She successfully managed the Denver Art Museum’s $150 million renovation and new welcome center construction, completed in 2021, on-time and within budget. Most recently, as a project manager at the University of Denver, she managed multiple projects of varying budgets and scope including interior renovations of residence halls, sports facilities system upgrades, locker room renovations, building a robotics engineering lab, build-out of office space, and renovations of historic campus buildings. Erin understands the importance of prioritizing the owner’s needs, goals, and coordination with the entire project team to successfully complete projects. She values high-level customer service, establishing strong team relationships, and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Erin is experienced in developing bid solicitations, evaluating proposals, bid analysis, reviewing construction documents, QA/QC, budget management and project closeout activities.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University, and a Master of Arts degree in British History from the University of London, Birkbeck.
