We are integrally involved in the project closeout process to ensure that a fully functional and properly executed building is delivered to our clients. Our proactive management approach is key to guiding the team to timely completion of this critical project phase.

TWP will manage the closeout process to ensure that all documentation, owner training, punch lists, and other closeout requirements have been completed; and that all documents and attic stock have been delivered to the owner. We also verify that any required certifications, affidavits, releases, and consents have been received.

We assist in the development of a well-organized warranty process; that includes identification of key individuals, an automated issue logging process, and monitor timely resolution to problems.
