The Hotel Indigo, constructed next to the historic Union Station, in the heart of Denver’s LoDo district, is a mixed-use project utilizing high-quality materials to impart a feeling of permanence and elegance. Connectivity, walkability, and urbanism are integral components in the design of this 12-story, 303,400-square-foot building. The 180-key hotel comprises a ground floor- lobby, retail and restaurant spaces, meeting spaces, fitness center, a 216-space parking garage, and 100,000 square feet of office space.
