The Hotel Indigo is being constructed next to the recently completed historic Union Station multi-modal transportation hub in the heart of Denver’s LoDo district. This mixed-use project plays a key role in activating the area around Union Station. Connectivity, walkability, and urbanism are integral components of this design. The program components are: Ground floor- lobby/retail/restaurant and garage entry. Second through fourth-floor- parking garage with 216 spaces. Fifth through the eighth floor- 180 key select service hotel. Ninth through twelfth floor- 100,000 sf of office space. The ground floor spaces are tied to the urban context with a public loggia and entry at the intersection of 18th and Wewatta Streets. High-quality materials impart a feeling of permanence and elegance. This 12 story 140 foot tall 303,400 sf building is pursuing a LEED Silver rating.
