The building’s program consists of 218 rental units of different scales situated on a podium with pedestrian-oriented, street-level retail spaces. This new building will have over 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The building is designed by renowned architecture firms, The Housing Studio and Rottet Studio, and marks the inaugural Denver project for both firms. The building will break new ground in Denver in that it will be the first high-rise rental apartment building to be programmed like a 5-star hotel. Steele Creek will showcase a mostly glass façade, condo-quality interior finishes, unparalleled views, and a roof-deck pool atop the 12th-floor location in the heart of Cherry Creek. The unique design combines a sense of intimacy with the light and the expansive views of a high-rise. Steele Creek will set the bar for luxury rental living in Colorado.
