TWP provides owner representation services for BMC Investments and FirstBank on the 255 St. Paul Apartments/Retail center located in the Cherry Creek North district in Denver, Colorado.

255 St. Paul is a seven-story high rise structure consisting of 267,000 square feet. There are two levels of underground parking, retail on the first level, six levels of apartment units, and a penthouse amenity deck. In addition to the 86 dwelling units, the project includes; residential lobby, restaurant tenant space, retail tenant space, residential amenities, and rooftop amenity deck with a swimming pool.

Construction was completed in 2019.
