TWP provided owner representation services for the Richmark Companies’ South Madison Apartments in Greeley, Colorado.

South Madison includes three separate structures located in a three-block radius in downtown Greeley. This high-end apartment community project includes a total of 321 apartment units, 380 parking stalls, residential amenities, and ground-floor retail space.

Construction was completed the 2nd quarter of 2020.
