TWP is providing owner representation services for the Richmark Companies on the South Madison Apartments in Greeley, Colorado.

South Madison includes three separate structures located in a three-block radius in downtown Greeley. The Block 164 building includes 53 apartment units and 65 parking stalls. The Block 165 building includes 134 apartment units and 196 parking stalls. The Block 172 building includes 134 apartment units and 119 parking stalls. This high-end apartment community will also include resident amenities and retail space on the first level.

Construction completion was the 2^nd quarter of 2020.
