Acting as owner’s representative, TWP supported Richmark Companies in the development of the Six Canyon Apartments in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Six Canyon complements the vibrancy and character of the Glenwood Springs community perfectly. The property is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and the many outdoor activities and attractions Glenwood Springs has to offer. The luxury apartment complex is located along Highway 6 & 24 in West Glenwood Springs. The complex includes 116 one-and two-bedroom apartments within two, four-story buildings connected by an elevated enclosed walkway.

Construction was completed in late 2019.
