Rigden Farm Independent Living Facility is located on a 3.5-acre site in Fort Collins, Colorado. The project consists of a 110,000 square foot, three-story main building comprising 116 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The property also includes nine single story “Cottage” units within duplex or triplex buildings, with attached garages. Detached garages are also provided on the site for residents of the main building.  In addition to the living units, the main building provides the central dining room served by a full commercial kitchen. Amenity spaces such as business offices, activities rooms, a bistro, beauty salon, library, greenhouse, card/billiard room, TV/movie rooms, crafts room, physical therapy, and ice cream parlor are provided for residents and guests.
