Rigden Farm Independent Living Facility is located at 2350 Limon Drive on an approximately 3.5-acre site in Fort Collins, Colorado.  The project consists of an approximate 110,000 sq ft, three-story “Main Building” comprising 116 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.  Also, nine single story “Cottage” units are configured on the site in duplex or triplex buildings, with attached garages. Detached garages are also provided on the site for residents of the main building.  In addition to the living units, the Main Building provides the main dining room and a private dining room served by a full commercial kitchen.   Ancillary spaces such as business offices, activities rooms, a bistro, beauty salon, library, greenhouse, card/billiard room, TV/movie rooms, crafts room, physical therapy, ice cream parlor, etc, are also provided for residents and guests.
