TWP is acting as Construction Monitor for Revival on the Platte, a 234,000-square-foot apartment building. Located in an opportunity zone at 2506 West Colfax Ave, Revival includes eight stories, 200 units, and two levels of parking. Amenities include a rooftop deck, outdoor space, fitness center, and business center with conference rooms and workstations.

Construction began late 2023, and is slated to be completed in Q1 of 2025.
