Located in Bioscience 3 on Fitzsimons Campus in Aurora, Colorado, RefinedScience is a 4,544 square-foot office and specialized lab buildout. The project is broken out into phases to get the tenant into the lab space as soon as possible, with office to follow. TWP is also assisting with the full FF&E package directly with the tenant and furniture vendor.
Phase 01 of the lab was completed in October of 2024. Phase 02 is under construction with substantial completion slated for end of January.
