Rampart Distribution Center III is the third warehouse constructed on various sites in the Rampart Business Park located in Centennial, Colorado. The site is located just south of Arapahoe Road and east of Interstate 25 and part of the Centennial Airport development area. The building is 96,000 square feet and has clear heights from 24 to 26 feet. Constructed of site-cast, tilt-up concrete panels and steel bar joists this structure offers wide-open, flexible facility.
