Phase 1 of the Pura Vida residential community includes fifty-eight (58) for-sale townhomes in Meridian, a suburb of Boise, Idaho. The three-story units average 2,000 square feet, with a modern design. Pura Vida is located on a 20-acre site with future development plans to include a total of 127 townhomes and 30 single family detached homes.

Construction began in January 2024 with infrastructure and pad preparation with vertical construction to follow. Expected occupancy is anticipated in summer of 2025.
