PARKER ARTS, CULTURE & EVENTS CENTER – PACE

This is the new 53,000 sq ft performing arts complex for the Town of Parker, with patronage expected from surrounding communities. The project program includes a 500 seat main performing hall and a 200 seat Flex Room. Auxiliary spaces include a fine arts gallery, multi-purpose rooms, visual arts classrooms, rehearsal rooms, dance studio, a commercial/teaching kitchen, bar, dressing rooms, stage support, basement storage, and administrative offices. Site development encompasses a portion of the ten-acre site and includes an arrival plaza and festival street, outdoor patio adjacent to open space and trails, surface parking, and an amphitheater. The balance of the ten-acre parcel is master-planned for a potential mixed-use development with the multitude of auxiliary spaces, this facility has become a hub for community activity.
