The building is finished on the exterior with brick and stone at the lower levels and insulated metal panels at the upper floors. Glass guardrails at the balconies allow for stunning uninterrupted views of downtown and the mountains. The amenities for the residents include meeting rooms, guest apartment, community room with full kitchen, an owner’s lounge, fitness room, pool and hot tub, and 24-hour security and concierge.
