One and Two Greenwood Plaza is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado on an eight-acre site in the Greenwood Plaza South Business Park. The complex encompasses two office buildings, one is a three-story 70,000 sq ft, and the other a 5 story, 155,000 sq ft building. A 7,000 sq ft Atrium connects the two buildings. A four-level, 720 car parking structure, will serve the buildings. Distinctive to the project is the green reflective glass 5 story Atrium which complements the off-white architectural precast and green-tinted reflective glass curtain wall. Included, as amenities to the complex are a 2,500 sq ft sandwich shop of the atrium and a 6,000 sq ft daycare center. The buildings have been developed to incorporate HVAC, power, and communications/data for today’s high-tech users.   The site includes both public and private areas for tenants and a water feature at the main entry.
