The Halcyon Hotel is a new hotel project consisting of 2 levels of below-grade parking, 5900 square feet of retail space including a programmed restaurant operated by Sage Hospitality plus the lobby at grade. A second floor with ballroom and pre-function area plus guestrooms. Floors 3-7 are guest rooms. There are 155 finely appointed guest rooms. The roof is an amenity deck with pool and lounge areas. A design-build delivery method has been selected for this project.

The hotel open to much acclaim in 2016.
