TWP provided owner representation services for BMC Investments and Bow River Capital on the Financial House Office Building located in the Cherry Creek North district in Denver, Colorado.

The 2nd & Detroit redevelopment project consisted of an 8-story 70,000 square floor office tower with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project will conform to the current C-CCN-8 zoning and will utilize the 15 percent open space requirement creating an activated public courtyard for the community.

Construction was completed in early 2019.
