COMPUTE NORTH COMPUTING CAMPUS

TWP provided construction management and owner representative services for Compute North to build out their cryptocurrency and data center in Kearney, Nebraska.

The data center utilizes a containerized model, built to optimize power and heat management in a tightly integrated framework, specifically for high-computing needs. Phase 1 was completed in 2020, and draws approximately 30 megawatts of energy.

Phase 2 was completed in 2021, gaining a maximum capacity of 100 megawatts. In addition, the project also included office and warehouse facilities.
