COMPUTE NORTH COMPUTING CAMPUS

TWP is providing construction management and owner representative services for Compute North to build out their new cryptocurrency and blockchain data center in Kearney, Nebraska.

The data center utilizes a containerized model, built to optimize power and heat management in a tightly integrated framework, specifically for high-computing needs. Phase 1 was completed in 2020 and draws approximately 30 megawatts of energy. Phase 2 will build the project out to a total data capacity of 100 megawatts and include office and warehouse facilities.

The completion of the Tier 0 data center is slated for 2021.
