TWP is acting as Owner Representative on the Cascadia Entertainment District Project. The Project consists of a new 8,600 seat hockey/entertainment arena, a youth hockey center with three sheets of ice, a 350-room hotel with attached 60,000 square foot family entertainment center, 65,000 square foot indoor waterpark, and multiple food and beverage venues. The site work consists of utility infrastructure, roadways, parking lots, walk paths, fountains, splash pads, a tributary with a series of cascading ponds, and a public plaza between the arena and hotel buildings.

The construction is slated to commence in Q1 2026.
