TWP is providing owner representation services for the 30,000 Bow River Capital’s new headquarters. Located in Cherry Creek North, Bow River will occupy the 4^th and 5^th floor of the office building. The headquarters will include patios, entertainment areas, a board room, open and private offices, and a gym.

TWP and Bow River are currently working through the design with OZ. Construction start is pending the current construction of the core/shell building which is underway with Mortenson.
