A public/private development of the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority and the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Center with LEED Gold office/lab space. The tenants include the undergraduate program for Bioengineering along with UCD commercial tenants, Climmune and IC42. Bioscience 2 is a four-story brick/glass / structural steel building that has a flexible floor plate allowing for a mix of office and laboratory functions. The building incorporates a state-of-the-art HVAC system with full exhaust air for lavatory requirements. The tenant mix includes specialized facilities for clean-rooms, classrooms, teaching clean rooms core blood storage facilities along with full emergency power capabilities.
