This project is a redevelopment of a PreK – Graduate, 38.5-acre campus of the Aspen Music Festival and School / Aspen Country Day School in Aspen, Colorado. The ect is being done in close collaboration with the Aspen Country Day School, which jointly uses the campus. The existing campus consists of twelve buildings totaling 50,000 sq ft. The redevelopment consists of extensive site work, partial demolition of existing buildings, renovations, and new construction bringing the campus up to a total of 97,000 sq ft. The completed campus will include administration, large and small ensemble halls, practice rooms of various sizes, classrooms, and a maintenance complex.
