HOTEL POLARIS – AIR FORCE ACADEMY

TWP acted as construction monitor on a 375-key hotel located outside of the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. The 350,600 square foot hotel includes 19 suites, 40 concierge-level guest rooms, a 17,000-square-foot ballroom, 7,500 square feet of meeting space, 25,000-square-foot pool and event terrace, a full-service restaurant, coffee shop, rooftop bar, reception bar, and spa.

Construction began early 2023, and opened to the public November 2024.
