TWP is acting in a construction monitoring role on behalf of Bow River Capital on the 2nd & Adams Core/Shell office building. The building is a five-story, 90,000 square-foot package that includes office, retail spaces, two levels of underground parking, and a rooftop food and beverage element located in Cherry Creek North in Denver, Colorado.

Construction started early 2025 and is slated to obtain substantial completion early 2026.
