24th Street Townhomes is an 11 unit, two-building, 3-story “for sale” townhouse development in downtown Denver, Colorado. The site is approximately 1/2 acre in size, located at the southwest corner of Glenarm and 24th Street.  Unit features include connected at grade garages, partial rooftop decks, extensive daylighting, fireplaces, and spacious kitchens.  Sitework included extensive collaboration with the City and County of Denver on creative solutions to stormwater drainage retention/detention requirements.  24th Street Townhomes is located 1/2 block from the Light Rail line on Welton Street, which serves downtown Denver.
