TWP is acting as Construction Monitor for 201 Fillmore Street in Denver, Colorado is a fully-leased, world class, office building in the heart of Denver’s number one office market – Cherry Creek, at a one-of-a-kind location on the northwest corner of 2nd Avenue and Fillmore Street. 201 Fillmore is an 8-story, 140,000 square foot state-of-the-art office building constructed over below grade parking. The Property features 10’ floor-to-ceiling windows, 13’6” slab-to-slab ceiling heights and average floor plates of 20,000 square feet.
201 Fillmore is currently under construction with project completion is slated for Q4 2025.
