Lester K. Wells, AIA, NCARB
Les founded The Wells Partnership in 1995. He has 38 +years of experience in project management and over 28 years’ experience as an Owner Representative. Les is a licensed Architect in Colorado as well as Illinois. He contributes seasoned expertise in the planning and implementation of programs.
Les is widely recognized by peers in the industry for his overall project knowledge and development expertise. Les earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Colorado and is a member of The American Institute of Architects, as well as the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Les has performed as an executive for design, construction and real estate development firms. He brings invaluable experience to our clients in the entitlement process, contract negotiation and project delivery. His expertise shines light on opportunities through a lens which also recognizes and mitigates risk.
Brad has over 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate involving all major asset classes and a career that spans best in class firms including BRS Architects, Wells Fargo Real Estate Group and Amstar Group.
His extensive multidisciplinary background gives him a unique perspective and understanding of all participants in the real estate industry. He strives to provide clients with exceptional service enabling them to make the most informed decisions as their project moves through the challenges of design and construction.
A Denver Native, he earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Mark W. Young, NCARB
Mark has a rich and diverse array of design, construction,and project management experience in a career spanning 30 years. Mark is a licensed Architect in Colorado with national and International work experience. Mark earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Oregon,and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Mark has overseen the construction of hundreds of millions of dollars of construction. Knowledge of the design and construction process comes from time spent practicing the art. He derives great satisfaction from leading a team pursuing a shared goal. Mark brings invaluable experience to our clients with a wealth of experience gathered over many years and project types. His expertise in the different delivery options allows great flexibility for owners.
Joseph D. Ostmeyer, DBIA, LEED AP/BD+C
Joe is an accomplished commercial construction industry Senior Project Manager/Project Executive with over 33 years’ experience working primarily in the Colorado Front Range and West Slope markets. He has successfully driven and led multiples of projects and project teams in both the preconstruction and construction phases with a constructed valuation of over $700 million, and approximately 6 million square feet of new buildings/1 million square feet in renovations. He has participated in all types of project delivery methods ranging from primarily negotiated/design assist or design-build to competitive bids.
Most importantly, Joe believes in developing and delivering a positive client experience, is a team builder, and in the successful pursuit of the team’s overall project goals. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Kansas State University, and a Masters of business from the University of Colorado. He is also a Designated Design-Build Professional, as well as LEED AP BD+C accredited professional.
William "Bill" Maron, RA, NCARB, CSI
Bill Is a licensed Architect and has 28 years of experience in design, project management and contract administration. As a licensed in Colorado and Washington and a member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, he brings a vast range of experience and knowlege to The Wells Partnership.
He holds a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor in Fine Art from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Bill is knowledgeable in all phases of resort development having worked on projects in California, Washington, Montana, and New Mexico as well as thorough out Colorado.
Jeb has more than 13 years experience as a developer representative and a varied array of commercial, residential and office projects. He earned a Bachelor of Art in Communications with a minor in Business Management from The University of Louisville in Kentucky.
His knowledge of the design and construction process comes from many years managing a variety of mixed use and tenant finish projects. In all aspects of development, Jeb provides his clients with tenant support, design direction, budgeting and a clear construction plan for a successful project. His experience, knowledge and attention to detail have provided the foundation for the success of his projects.
With over 6 million SqFt in completed projects, it is easy to see how Jeb is able bring his unparalleled experience to our clients. His expertise in the leasing and tenant finish aspects of large scale projects allows owners to have a seasoned professional on their side of the table.
James A. Steimel
Jim has a career spanning 45+ years in the construction industry.He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Arizona.Jim has been a member of SMPS and CSI. He has held a Class A Construction Supervisors Certificate in Denver. He has served as a construction field engineer, project engineer, superintendent, area manager and senior project manager.
Jim has worked on project types including mixed-use,residential, recreation, sports, educational, municipal,parking structures, high rise office buildings, industrial,retail and shopping centers. His years of in depth experience in all construction delivery methods, and projects of great complexity brings real value to the design and construction team for the success of the project.
Alannah M. Quiniones,
Alannah has a career in Professional Office Management of 15 years.Her multi-tasking keeps the office running.She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado Christian University.
Alannah processes all invoicing and is skilled in preparing Owner and Lender Draw Packages formatted as needed to suit each institution. She provides cost management, cost control and document control for all projects.She is instrumental in preparing all project financial reports issued by The Wells Partnership. Alannah works on all project types that flow through the office.Site visits are a welcome break in office routine and make the connection to the project real.
