Mike has over 32 years’ experience in project management and owner representation in the design and construction of a variety of project types. Mike’s experience ranges from project management and senior leadership at major general contractors in the Rocky Mountain West, as well as owner representation on high profile sports facility projects including the new football stadium at Colorado State University, renovation of historic Wrigley Field in Chicago and consulting services for the Minnesota Vikings for their new stadium in downtown Minneapolis. Mike brings a practical approach of “doing what is in the best interest of the project” in all his assignments.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska and studied for his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Colorado - Denver.

Brad’s 35-year career in commercial real estate involving all asset classes in major US markets spans best in class firms including BRS Architects, Wells Fargo Real Estate Group and Amstar Group. With leadership positions in design, finance and development, his extensive multidisciplinary background gives him a unique perspective and understanding of all participants in the real estate industry. He strives to produce the best outcomes for our clients by identifying the key drivers of success as their project moves through the challenges of design and construction.

A Denver Native, he earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

John Beeble

John has over 36 years’ experience in commercial construction throughout the Rocky Mountain West. Serving as President/CEO for Saunders Construction and Board Chair of Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, John has developed deep relationships in the business community that bring additional resources to our team as we deliver superior outcomes for our clients. In addition to his extensive general contracting experience, John managed the design and consulting services practice for The Staubach Company in Denver.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Les founded The Wells Partnership in 1995. He has over 38 years’ experience in project management and over 28 years’ experience as an Owner Representative. With executive leadership positions in design, construction and real estate development firms, Les is widely recognized by industry peers for his overall project knowledge and development expertise. A licensed Architect, Les brings invaluable experience to our clients in the entitlement process, contract negotiation and project delivery.

Les earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Colorado and is a member of The American Institute of Architects, as well as the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Senior Project Director


Joe is an accomplished commercial construction industry Project Executive with over 34 years’ experience. He has successfully led project teams in both preconstruction and construction with combined project valuation over $800 million. He has operated as project lead/executive in charge in just about every commercial construction project type and is experienced in all types of project delivery methods. Joe believes in delivering positive client experiences through team building and ensuring collective pursuit of overall project goals.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Kansas State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He is also a Designated Design-Build Professional, as well as LEED AP BD+C accredited professional.

William "Bill" Maron, RA, NCARB, CSI

Senior Project Manager


Bill is a licensed Architect and has 28 years of experience in design, project management and contract administration. As a member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, he brings a vast range of experience and knowledge to The Wells Partnership. Bill is knowledgeable in all phases of resort development having worked on projects in California, Washington, Montana, and New Mexico as well as thorough out Colorado.

Bill earned a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

Patrick Wells

Patrick Wells

Business Manager


Patrick has enjoyed a career in professional leadership, training, and mathematics for the past 10 years. As Business Manager for The Wells Partnership, Patrick provides cost management and is skilled in preparing Owner and Lender Draw Packages developed as needed to suit each institution. He provides project budgeting, cost control and document control for many of our projects. He is instrumental in preparing project financial reports issued by The Wells Partnership. Patrick’s expertise allows our firm to provide a variety of development focused financial tools for clients throughout the entire project. Patrick works on all project types that flow through the office.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree from The George Washington University.
